The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute

Great Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) caution them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that adults should also be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These states were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory benchmarks or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.

Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavours were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to become misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.

The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include correct statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the creation of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague dialect or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not necessarily.

Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a number of which had an array of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was inappropriate.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire oral cavity of the disposable system was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients listing for Puff Bar and found that it contained a similar things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and another products was that product did not incorporate any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not found during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My second puff sent a hurry of flavour through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.

After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a gentle pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a nice and tangy style with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled perfectly into my lungs, giving me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
